Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene liners are still attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
